Where can I find my access details?
You’ll receive an email with your login instructions, including a username and password, which you can use to log in to your learning dashboard. If it hasn’t arrived, check your junk or spam folder — and if you still can’t find it, you can reset your username and password using the email address you signed up with.
How do I reset my password?
Head to my1hs.com/forgotPassword.aspx, click “Forgotten your password or username?” and follow the on-screen instructions. We’ll send you a link to set a new password.
How do I allocate the training to my staff?
If you selected “Manage the training for someone else”, log in to your learning dashboard to allocate places. Full step-by-step instructions on course allocation are available there, so you can add each colleague and send them their login details.
Which devices can I use?
Your training is completed online. The final assessment, however, must be taken on a laptop or PC.
Will my certificate be posted to me?
We don’t send a physical copy of the certificate by post. You can download your e-certificate instantly by clicking “Your Certificates” in your learning dashboard as soon as you pass.
